Job Context We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and brand managers while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, coordinating service delivery, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities ✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmaceutical companies, brand managers, and key business partners. ✔ Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company's products and services and generate new business opportunities. ✔ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. ✔ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and prompt resolution of customer requirements. ✔ Assist clients with billing, payment follow-ups, service-related inquiries, and issue resolution. ✔ Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring timely and effective solutions. ✔ Work closely with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer support. ✔ Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, client communication logs, and business reports. ✔ Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend service improvements to enhance the client experience. ✔ Identify opportunities for business expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition. ✔ Prepare regular reports on customer activities, business development progress, and relationship management performance. ✔ Perform any other customer relationship, business development, or administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.
