✔ MS Excel Skills: Candidates must have professional-level knowledge and practical skills in MS Excel.

✔ Data Analysis Certification: Candidates with any professional certification related to Data Analysis will be given preference.

✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.

✔ Update, maintain, and organize customer information and records in the ERP system accurately.

✔ Analyze business-related data and prepare reports to support different operational and business requirements.

✔ Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures.

✔ Understand and assess customer needs to provide appropriate support and ensure customer satisfaction.

✔ Handle and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate department when required.

✔ Coordinate closely with internal departments to improve customer service, communication, and overall support.

✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
