Executive - HR, Admin & Compliance (Garments Factory)

Previous experience in the manufacturing or garment industry will be an added advantage.

Positive attitude, high integrity, and strong attention to detail.

Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate employee attendance, overtime, and shift scheduling records.

Process leave applications, update leave balances, and ensure adherence to company leave policies.

Support factory HR activities, including employee documentation, joining formalities, transfers, confirmations, and exit procedures.

Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower needs and plan recruitment activities.

Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievance resolution.

Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, attendance, leave, and employee information.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.

Carry out additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
