Job Description: Director of Medical Services

The Director of Medical Services will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the efficient delivery and continuous enhancement of all medical services across the hospital. The role involves working closely with senior management to establish and execute medical policies and programs that improve patient care and support the hospital’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all medical departments to maintain clinical excellence and ensure patient-focused healthcare delivery.

• Formulate and implement medical strategies, policies, and quality assurance standards aligned with national regulations and international best practices.

• Lead and mentor medical professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and ongoing professional development.

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and ethical medical standards.

• Partner with hospital management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at advancing healthcare services.

• Monitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and institutional protocols.

• Drive medical research activities and actively participate in hospital-wide strategic planning and decision-making.

• Optimize the utilization of medical resources to achieve operational efficiency and meet financial objectives.
