Majesto Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Die Cast Engineer to oversee and optimize metal casting operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Metallurgical Engineering along with hands-on expertise in aluminum casting, die casting process optimization, defect analysis, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Die Casting Process Management: Lead and monitor daily aluminum high-pressure die casting (HPDC) and low-pressure die casting (LPDC) operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

✔ Casting Defect Analysis: Identify and analyze common casting defects such as porosity, shrinkage, and cold shuts, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

✔ Quality & Yield Optimization: Optimize metal flow, cycle times, and alloy chemistry to improve production output, maintain product quality, and minimize material waste and scrap.

✔ Maintenance & Tooling Coordination: Collaborate with tooling teams on mold design evaluation, preventive maintenance, and thermal regulation to support consistent casting performance.

✔ Safety & SOP Compliance: Ensure all die casting and metal casting procedures comply with factory safety standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and required operational guidelines.
