Majesto Limited is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Head of National Sales to lead and manage its nationwide sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market reach, driving sustainable revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and retail customers. Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.✔ Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage the national sales team to maximize productivity and overall performance.✔ Drive sales growth across retail, dealer, distributor, institutional, and corporate channels.✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across different regions and customer segments.✔ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.✔ Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, targets, and periodic performance reports for management review.✔ Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.✔ Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.✔ Develop and implement effective sales policies, pricing strategies, incentive programs, and promotional campaigns.

✔ Design and develop a wide range of furniture products, including cabinets, wardrobes, storage units, kitchen cabinets, TV units, office cabinets, bookshelves, shoe cabinets, and other related furniture items.✔ Develop furniture concepts, sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models based on market requirements and company specifications.✔ Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, dimensions, technical specifications, and production-ready drawings.✔ Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), material specifications, hardware specifications, and cutting details as required.✔ Ensure designs are suitable for mass production, easy to assemble, structurally sound, aesthetically appealing, and cost-effective.✔ Select appropriate materials, including plywood, MDF, particle board, solid wood, veneer, laminate, PVC, metal, glass, and relevant hardware/accessories.✔ Design and specify suitable furniture fittings such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, locks, connectors, brackets, lifting mechanisms, and other accessories.✔ Modify and optimize designs based on production feasibility, customer requirements, quality concerns, and management feedback.✔ Develop prototypes and coordinate closely with the production team during sample development and testing.✔ Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities to improve product functionality, aesthetics, durability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.✔ Maintain accurate documentation and revision control for all drawings, specifications, and design-related documents.✔ Support the development of new furniture collections, product lines, and innovative designs.✔ Perform any other design- and product-development-related duties assigned by management.

✔ Prepare, review, and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings for steel structure projects.✔ Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and erection activities for steel sheds, factory buildings, warehouses, mezzanine floors, platforms, staircases, canopies, and other steel structures.✔ Coordinate with structural designers, fabricators, contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.✔ Supervise foundation, footing, column, beam, anchor bolt, slab, drainage, flooring, and other civil works associated with steel structures.✔ Monitor steel fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.✔ Verify site dimensions, levels, alignment, plumbness, bolt connections, welding, and structural installation as per approved standards.✔ Review structural calculations and drawings in coordination with the structural design team whenever required.✔ Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project cost estimates.✔ Monitor material consumption and utilization while taking necessary measures to minimize wastage.✔ Conduct regular site inspections to identify construction defects, deviations, safety concerns, and quality issues.✔ Ensure all construction and steel erection activities comply with approved method statements, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.✔ Coordinate with Procurement/SCM teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of structural steel, construction materials, hardware, and related items.✔ Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain productivity and work quality.✔ Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective measures to prevent delays.✔ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.✔ Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and other relevant departments for effective project execution.✔ Assist with inspection, testing, measurement, handover, and commissioning of completed structures.✔ Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, measurements, material consumption, work orders, inspection reports, and other project documentation.✔ Identify opportunities for cost reduction, structural improvement, and efficient utilization of materials.✔ Perform any other project- or engineering-related duties assigned by management.
