Deputy Manager - Financial Analysis & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements and information from multiple business units in line with Group reporting timelines and requirements.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, financial submissions, and preparation of timely Group-level reports.

• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS/local GAAP, applicable accounting standards, and internal accounting policies.

• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends across business units and provide insights for management decision-making.

• Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balances, ensuring accurate elimination during consolidation.

• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, financial analysis, presentations, and ad hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with Finance teams across business units to collect, validate, and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

• Support the implementation of new accounting standards, Group finance policies, and reporting requirements.

• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by Management.
