Responsibilities & Context
• Level -1 support for ETL’s entire internal IT-enabled services for all product and Technologies.
• Ensure all our customer’s Technical Level-1 & RMA Support.
• Tele-Sales and product promotion activities.
• Customer relation and R&D support.
• Prepare service bill for RMA products.
