Job Context

Skydo is urgently hiring a Client & Vendor Relations Executive (Night Shift) who can join as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have very fluent English communication skills and a friendly, professional approach. The role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting efficient collaboration. The position plays an important role in maintaining the company’s service quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships through regular communication and meetings.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

• Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for the company.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

• Prepare and present client/vendor performance reports, activity updates, and improvement areas.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance client and vendor satisfaction.

• Support the onboarding of new clients and vendors, ensuring smooth integration.

• Monitor industry trends and market developments and provide relevant insights and recommendations to Management.
