TechCare is a Canadian software company developing AI-driven applications for global businesses, with a growing team in Dhaka. The company works across sectors including health tech and fintech, helping businesses turn ideas into practical technology solutions.

TechCare is looking for a Business Development Executive who is curious, confident, energetic, and interested in building a career in international sales and business development. Previous sales experience is not mandatory; strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and confidence in engaging with new people are valued.

What You'll Own

• Build your own pipeline from scratch — independently sourcing new leads through LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other public channels
• Research target companies before reaching out, identifying the right decision-maker and a relevant angle for each conversation
• Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn to open new conversations with prospective clients
• Take prospects through structured discovery conversations to understand their hiring/staffing needs and match them to TechCare's offering
• Own follow-up end-to-end — no lead goes cold from lack of consistent, timely contact
• Keep the CRM current after every touchpoint — call outcomes, next steps, and prospect details logged accurately
• Stay sharp on TechCare's service model and delivery approach well enough to speak to it confidently and handle objections live.
