Academic Qualifications

✔ A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
✔ Relevant professional certifications or specialized training will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

✔ 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, project support, or related areas.
✔ Experience in IT-Enabled Services (ITES), ISP, or multinational companies will be preferred.

Required Skills & Expertise

✔ Strong skills in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Presentation, Reporting, and Documentation.
✔ Proficiency in professional email communication.
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
✔ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

✔ Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand business needs, gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective and practical solutions.
✔ Prepare clear and professional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), project reports, and related project documentation.
✔ Work with databases and business systems to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
✔ Collaborate closely with technical and development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionalities and solutions.
✔ Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Support project planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure timely delivery.
✔ Conduct market, industry, and technology research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support business strategy and project development.
