Purpose of the Role

Guide clients throughout the property buying, selling, and renting process by providing professional advice, marketing properties, preparing offers, and ensuring smooth transactions from listing to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads from prospective property buyers, sellers, and tenants.

• Advise clients on market trends, property prices, and mortgage options.

• Evaluate comparable properties to determine competitive market prices.

• Prepare property listings with accurate details, including location, features, and floor area.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and renters.

• Present purchase offers to property owners and facilitate negotiations between parties.

• Review purchase contracts to ensure agreed terms and conditions are fulfilled.

• Promote properties through advertisements, online listings, and open-house events.

• Prepare and manage brokerage agreements, purchase and rental contracts, deeds, and other transaction-related documents.

• Maintain the required real estate license and stay updated on industry knowledge and market developments.
