Additional Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or college is required. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in English, Mathematics, or Science.

Applicants must have at least First Division or GPA 4.0 in SSC and HSC, along with a minimum Second Class or CGPA 3.0 in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience Requirements

Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant professional experience will receive preference.

Applicants holding a B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree will be given additional preference.
Skills and Expertise

Strong leadership, team management, and coordination abilities.

Sound knowledge of school administration and effective teaching methodologies.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Bangla.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications.
Responsibilities & Context
The BRAC Education Programme has expanded its well-established primary school network, BRAC Academy, which currently operates eight campuses across Bangladesh in Chattogram, Sylhet, Noakhali, Jashore, Dakshinkhan, Bogura, Cumilla, and Rajshahi.
To strengthen academic leadership and ensure the delivery of quality education, BRAC Academy is seeking a qualified Assistant Head Teacher for its Rajshahi campus.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the school’s academic activities and administrative operations to ensure effective management.

Guide, supervise, and support teachers in delivering high-quality classroom instruction.

Ensure proper implementation and regular monitoring of the curriculum, lesson plans, and student assessment processes.

Build strong relationships with parents and community members to support students’ overall development.

Plan and coordinate co-curricular activities to promote students’ academic, social, and personal growth.
