Job Context The Trainee Relationship Lead under the upay Sales Force Pro Program is a field-oriented, target-driven sales and relationship management position designed to develop early-career professionals into future sales leaders. Participants undergo structured rotations across Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, Government Sales, Merchant Business, and Card Sales, gaining practical exposure to fintech adoption, key account acquisition, merchant network expansion, and regional relationship management. Based on performance, company policy, and available vacancies, successful participants may progress toward permanent employment as a Full-Time Employee (FTE). Job Responsibilities Achieve assigned monthly sales targets across Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, and Government Sales rotational assignments. Acquire and onboard new retail agents, monitor Distribution House (DH) performance, and ensure uninterrupted last-mile service availability. Identify potential merchant clusters, onboard business accounts, deploy upay QR codes, and encourage successful first transactions. Assist in business development and operational activities related to government disbursements, educational fee collections, RMG payroll accounts, and Card Sales. Conduct regular field visits to assess service quality, address partner concerns, and strengthen brand visibility across assigned markets. Monitor distributors' and agents' daily cash and e-money balances to ensure adequate liquidity and minimize transaction disruptions. Develop and maintain productive relationships with distribution owners, retail agents, corporate partners, and institutional clients. Coordinate and support field acquisition teams in maintaining regular market visits and achieving daily onboarding targets. Implement field-level promotional activities, merchant engagement programs, and BTL activation campaigns to increase active wallet usage. Monitor daily sales performance, collect competitor insights from the field, and prepare regular operational reports for sales leadership while demonstrating readiness for potential FTE absorption.
