International Call Center Executive (Night Shift)

UNIVERSEAL IT is looking for energetic, confident, and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our team for International Night Shift Operations. The selected candidates will work on outbound campaigns for clients in the USA and Canada, handling telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or customer support based on project requirements. Office Hours ✔ Shift Time: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Work Location ✔ Branches: Banasree & Rampura, Dhaka Key Responsibilities ✔ Conduct outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada in a professional and courteous manner. ✔ Perform international telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or customer support activities based on the assigned project. ✔ Introduce products or services, identify customer needs, and present suitable solutions. ✔ Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers by achieving assigned sales targets. ✔ Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns professionally. ✔ Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. ✔ Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and activity updates in the CRM or company database. ✔ Follow campaign scripts, quality standards, and company policies while communicating with customers. ✔ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls, sales, lead generation, and customer satisfaction. ✔ Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals. ✔ Perform any other duties assigned by management related to customer service, sales, or business operations. Note: Since this role involves communicating with customers in the USA and Canada, candidates must have excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
