The selected candidates will communicate with customers and business prospects in the USA market while supporting lead generation, customer acquisition, and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities ✔ Make outbound calls to customers and business prospects in the USA market.✔ Communicate confidently and professionally in English.✔ Generate, identify, and qualify potential business leads.✔ Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.✔ Follow assigned scripts, campaigns, and calling guidelines.✔ Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.✔ Follow up with prospects when required.✔ Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.✔ Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer communication.✔ Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign objectives. Requirements ✔ Excellent spoken English and communication skills.✔ Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.✔ Strong listening and interpersonal skills.✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.✔ Basic computer knowledge.✔ Willingness to work the night shift.✔ Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.✔ Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
