Human Resources Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support general HR-related inquiries and follow-up activities to ensure consistent and quality HR services for clients.
Provide administrative assistance in assigned HR functions, including onboarding new employees while following established policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist the supervisor in tracking employees’ contractual status, grade-based service increments, contract renewals, and personnel action documentation.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and offices regarding HR matters such as contracts, employee separation, and other personnel-related issues to facilitate timely service delivery.
Maintain confidential employee records, HR databases, and archives, ensuring all information is accurate, updated, and properly stored according to organizational standards.
Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, transfer letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, and other required correspondence within designated timelines.
Operate HR management systems to enter, update, and maintain employee information, monitor important deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Collect, organize, and compile HR information related to recruitment, contractual terms, employee benefits, and performance to support reporting and analysis.
Assist colleagues by providing guidance and on-the-job support regarding HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned as required.
