Manage inbound and outbound calls and coordinate with relevant departments. Communicate with customers through email, social media, phone, and SMS. Assist customers in troubleshooting problems and ensure a positive service experience. Build and maintain strong relationships between the company and its customers. Monitor timely delivery and payment of sales orders. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve team performance. Implement customer loyalty initiatives to strengthen customer retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service activities. Analyze service performance data and prepare detailed reports. Establish and maintain quality and customer service standards. Provide customer service insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments from trucks and containers. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Track stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues. Organize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments for dispatch. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.
