Key Responsibilities Develop market-appropriate designs for assigned products. Create original designs, illustrations, and infographics. Refine designs, typography, and layouts using relevant design software. Develop and illustrate original artwork. Source and select suitable fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments. Verify measurements for development samples. Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, Sample, and Production teams and follow up on factory production. Ensure proper sample photography and maintain organized archives. Keep WIP charts updated regularly. Arrange samples and prepare presentations for buyer meetings. Perform any other duties assigned by the appropriate authority.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and handle inquiries to generate and qualify real estate leads. Understand clients’ project, location, apartment, budget, and investment preferences. Provide project information and arrange meetings, site visits, and appointments. Follow up with new, existing, and inactive leads to improve conversions. Update and maintain CRM records, including lead details, interactions, feedback, and status. Manage inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, website, and other channels. Convert digital inquiries into qualified leads and coordinate with the Sales Team. Collaborate with Sales and Digital Marketing Teams on campaigns and customer feedback. Support property fairs, exhibitions, launches, and promotional events. Prepare reports on leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions. Ensure all customer interactions follow company standards and brand guidelines.
