Company/Client DetailsWe are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Fresher Data Analyst to join our remote multi-cloud-based network and infrastructure operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, finding patterns, building reports, and helping technical teams make better decisions from real operational and business information.Responsibilities•            Support the collection, cleaning, validation, and preparation of data from multiple systems and cloud platforms.•            Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and basic data visualizations for business and technical teams.•            Analyze operational, network, cloud, ticketing, and performance data under senior guidance.•            Help identify trends, errors, missing data, and unusual patterns in datasets.•            Work with senior analysts to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.•            Support documentation of data sources, report logic, dashboard definitions, and basic analysis steps.•            Learn and apply basic SQL, spreadsheet, BI, and data visualization techniques in real projects.•            Collaborate with DevOps, network, system, support, and business teams to understand reporting needs.•            Follow data privacy, access control, and quality standards while handling business information.•            Maintain a strong learning mindset and gradually build expertise in analytics, cloud data, and reporting tools.Job Description•            Collect data from spreadsheets, databases, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, cloud consoles, and internal reports.•            Clean raw data by removing duplicates, fixing formatting issues, checking missing values, and validating basic accuracy.•            Write basic SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and summarize data from relational databases.•            Prepare simple dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar platforms.•            Assist in analyzing cloud usage, network performance, incident trends, SLA metrics, resource utilization, and support activities.•            Create charts, tables, scorecards, and summary reports that are easy for technical and non-technical users to understand.•            Support senior analysts in building recurring reports for infrastructure health, ticket volume, uptime, capacity, and cost trends.•            Help verify data quality by cross-checking source systems, report outputs, and business rules.•            Maintain organized files, datasets, templates, and report documentation for future reference.•            Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and clarify data definitions.•            Assist in preparing ad hoc analysis for management, operations, network, cloud, and support teams.•            Learn data storytelling techniques to explain findings clearly and practically.•            Follow security and confidentiality rules when working with user, system, operational, or business data.•            Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, technical training, and hands-on practice assignments.•            Communicate progress, blockers, and findings clearly in a remote team environment.Preferred Qualifications•            Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.•            Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship, academic project, or personal portfolio experience will be an added advantage.•            Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, statistics, databases, and business problem-solving.•            Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization concepts.•            Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, or R will be considered a plus.•            Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be helpful.•            Interest in network, cloud, infrastructure, and operational data analysis will be preferred.•            Good attention to detail, logical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn from feedback.•            Ability to follow instructions, document work properly, and communicate clearly in a remote setup.•            Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, Salesforce Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations, and Databricks Lakehouse Platform Fundamentals. Preferred Vendor CertificationsCertified Multi-Cloud FoundationCertified Multi-Cloud Data Engineer Associate
