Synesis IT

✔ Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows operating systems. ✔ Support basic network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth connectivity and network operations. ✔ Assist in identifying and resolving system, network, and other IT infrastructure-related technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers. ✔ Perform basic SQL/database management, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks as required. ✔ Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and service availability, and report technical issues to senior engineers. ✔ Assist with the maintenance and management of servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure. ✔ Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, configurations, and operational logs. ✔ Follow established IT security, backup, maintenance, and operational procedures. ✔ Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams to learn infrastructure management practices and support day-to-day IT operations. ✔ Participate in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other infrastructure-related tasks as assigned by the management.        

✔ Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux servers and system infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations.✔ Configure and manage mail servers, DNS services, and Network Management Systems (NMS).✔ Administer and maintain virtualization environments using VMware and KVM.✔ Monitor system performance, availability, resource utilization, service health, and overall infrastructure stability.✔ Diagnose and resolve Linux server, network service, and application-related issues in a timely manner.✔ Develop, maintain, and optimize Bash scripts for system automation, monitoring, and routine administrative tasks.✔ Perform regular system upgrades, security patching, backups, preventive maintenance, and recovery activities.✔ Implement and maintain Linux server security best practices, access controls, and infrastructure protection measures.✔ Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, technical procedures, and operational guidelines.✔ Support incident management, troubleshoot service disruptions, and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.✔ Collaborate with Network, Security, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve infrastructure issues and support business requirements.
