System Engineer

✔ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux Server Administration.
✔ Practical experience in Mail Server configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
✔ Strong understanding of DNS configuration and management.
✔ Hands-on experience with NMS configuration, monitoring, and network performance management.
✔ Practical experience with VMware and KVM virtualization platforms.
✔ Good knowledge of Bash scripting, system automation, and administrative task automation.
✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions within a timely manner.
✔ Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

✔ Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux servers and system infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
✔ Configure and manage mail servers, DNS services, and Network Management Systems (NMS).
✔ Administer and maintain virtualization environments using VMware and KVM.
✔ Monitor system performance, availability, resource utilization, service health, and overall infrastructure stability.
✔ Diagnose and resolve Linux server, network service, and application-related issues in a timely manner.
✔ Develop, maintain, and optimize Bash scripts for system automation, monitoring, and routine administrative tasks.
✔ Perform regular system upgrades, security patching, backups, preventive maintenance, and recovery activities.
✔ Implement and maintain Linux server security best practices, access controls, and infrastructure protection measures.
✔ Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, technical procedures, and operational guidelines.
✔ Support incident management, troubleshoot service disruptions, and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
✔ Collaborate with Network, Security, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve infrastructure issues and support business requirements.
