The business will provide complete solar energy solutions across commercial, industrial, residential, and specialized applications. SQ Solar Business Areas: ✔ Commercial & Industrial Rooftop Solar✔ Residential & Home Solar Systems✔ Hybrid Solar & Battery Storage Solutions✔ Solar Irrigation, Street Lighting & Specialized Applications✔ Solar Products, Components & Large-Scale Solar Projects Key Responsibilities ✔ Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute SQ Solar’s overall business strategy and growth plan. ✔ Business & Financial Management: Take full responsibility for sales, profitability, cash flow, and overall P&L performance. ✔ Customer & Sales Pipeline: Build a strong pipeline of industrial, commercial, government, institutional, and residential customers. ✔ Project Management: Lead the complete project lifecycle, including design, costing, financing, procurement, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. ✔ Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with technology suppliers, banks, investors, EPC companies, and government agencies. ✔ Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop high-performing sales, engineering, project, and service teams. ✔ Quality & Compliance: Ensure quality standards, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of solar projects. ✔ Local Manufacturing Opportunities: Explore opportunities for local assembly and manufacturing within SQ Group. Candidate Profile ✔ Business Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and operate a profitable solar or energy business. ✔ Solar Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of rooftop solar, residential solar systems, battery storage, project financing, and Bangladesh’s regulatory environment. ✔ Commercial & Leadership Skills: Excellent commercial, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. ✔ Integrity & Governance: High standards of integrity, accountability, responsibility, and corporate governance.
