Spectrum IT Solutions Ltd. is looking for talented, energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Full Stack Developers with at least 5 years of proven software development experience. The ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical expertise, and a passion for building secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities ✔ Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications following established software engineering best practices. ✔ Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang and/or PHP (Laravel). ✔ Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3. ✔ Design, optimize, and maintain application architecture, databases, APIs, and overall system performance. ✔ Integrate third-party services, external APIs, and enterprise systems into web applications. ✔ Implement automated testing, conduct code reviews, and follow secure coding and development practices. ✔ Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment environments to support reliable application delivery. ✔ Implement appropriate data protection, application security, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms. ✔ Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ✔ Conduct technical research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices relevant to software projects. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, solve technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions within project deadlines. Educational Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, or a related discipline. ✔ A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage. Experience ✔ Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on experience in full-stack application development. ✔ Strong practical experience with Golang and/or PHP (Laravel) along with modern frontend technologies. ✔ Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. ✔ Previous experience working in a software development company or IT-enabled services (ITES) organization is preferred. Technical Requirements & Skills ✔ Backend Development: Golang and/or PHP (Laravel) ✔ Frontend Development: React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery ✔ API Development: RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, and authorization ✔ Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL; knowledge of NoSQL databases will be an advantage ✔ Caching: Redis or equivalent caching technologies ✔ Version Control: Git and collaborative software development workflows ✔ Development Practices: SDLC, clean coding, debugging, automated testing, code review, and performance optimization
