Work Schedule Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift Type: Night Shift (USA Campaign) Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers based in the United States, following campaign guidelines and company standards. Introduce products, services, and promotional offers in a professional and engaging manner. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Follow up with prospective customers to build relationships, maintain engagement, and generate sales opportunities. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department or sales team when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, lead generation, and conversion goals. Ensure high-quality customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, campaign requirements, and compliance standards during all customer communications. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve campaign performance and achieve organizational objectives. Participate in training sessions, coaching programs, and performance reviews to continuously enhance communication and sales skills.
