Sarker Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible professional to join its Finance & Accounts team as an Accounts Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accounting accuracy, and supporting the organization's financial operations in compliance with accounting standards. Working Schedule ✔ Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days per week) Key Responsibilities ✔ Maintain the company's overall accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies. ✔ Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, registers, journals, cash books, and other financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards. ✔ Prepare periodic financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, along with Balance Sheets and other management reports. ✔ Develop financial models and prepare analytical reports using accounting software and Microsoft Excel as required by management. ✔ Verify and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions before posting them into the accounting system and complete month-end closing activities on time. ✔ Prepare monthly payroll and salary sheets for all employees across the company's business units. ✔ Assist in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring. ✔ Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other financial records. ✔ Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate financial information and required documentation. ✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements. ✔ Prepare financial reports and provide management with timely financial information for effective decision-making. ✔ Perform any other accounts and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
