Job Purpose The position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance. It involves using HR data, field-level insights, and operational experience to improve HR practices, support workforce planning, and contribute to strategic people management decisions. The role requires close collaboration with business units and reports directly to the Head of HR or a designated representative. Department: Human Resources (HR) Reports to: Head of HR Major Responsibilities Act as a key HR contact, promoting employee engagement, building trust, and maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace. Identify common employee concerns through HR inquiries, exit interviews, and field visits, and propose effective solutions to HR leadership. Assist managers with performance goal setting, employee feedback, performance improvement, and the development of performance management tools. Provide insights into program staffing requirements, employee development, talent readiness, and succession planning. Evaluate recruitment, vacancy, and employee turnover trends to support annual workforce planning. Collaborate with line managers to develop recruitment strategies, define job requirements, and coordinate hiring activities, including field-level recruitment. Coordinate employee onboarding and use feedback from new hires to improve orientation and integration processes. Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, management reports, and workforce analytics to facilitate informed decision-making. Enhance HR operational efficiency through process improvement, digitalization, accurate data management, and standardized practices across locations. Work closely with payroll, operations, and departmental managers while providing timely HR updates, briefing notes, and operational support to senior leadership.

Program Officer – Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate field logistics, including timely procurement, safe storage, and preparation of assistive devices and project materials for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Oversee project supply chain activities, maintain inventory of office and specialized supplies, and ensure cost-effective availability of required materials. Plan and supervise the distribution of assistive aids and project materials while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and proper documentation. Build and maintain effective working relationships with government authorities, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), community and faith leaders, and partner organizations. Coordinate and manage partnerships with OPDs and other stakeholders to mobilize resources and strengthen support services for beneficiaries. Facilitate group sessions for PWDs, caregivers, and peer support groups to promote psychosocial well-being, inclusion, and community participation. Identify PWDs and individuals requiring mental health support through community outreach, household visits, and engagement activities. Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, social inclusion, and overall well-being. Provide basic one-to-one lay counseling for individuals experiencing mild mental health concerns using active listening, empathy, and appropriate counseling techniques. Conduct mental health screening, home visits, follow-ups, and ongoing psychosocial support for beneficiaries. Coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare providers, specialized services, government programs, and OPD clinics based on beneficiary needs. Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, follow-ups, referrals, and beneficiary support activities. Prepare timely and comprehensive reports covering logistics, procurement, distribution, stakeholder engagement, and beneficiary support as required by the Project Manager. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for procurement, distribution, partnership, and program activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness. Perform additional duties as assigned by management and adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and emergency situations to ensure effective program implementation.
