RK Software (Bangladesh) Limited is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join its growing sales and marketing team. Selected candidates will promote the company’s software solutions, develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence within their assigned territories, particularly among educational institutions, banks, and other relevant organizations. Key Responsibilities ✔ Identify and approach potential clients, particularly educational institutions, banks, and other relevant organizations within the assigned territory. ✔ Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and professional presentations to promote the company’s software products and services. ✔ Generate new business leads and convert prospective clients into customers. ✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with educational institutions, banking representatives, and key decision-makers. ✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives. ✔ Coordinate with institutional authorities, bank officials, and other stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities. ✔ Explain software features, benefits, and service offerings to prospective clients. ✔ Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for software sales. ✔ Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-up communications. ✔ Prepare and submit daily activity reports, weekly progress updates, and monthly sales reports. ✔ Coordinate with the head office and software support team to ensure smooth client onboarding, implementation, and service delivery. ✔ Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
