The Manager – IT & MIS will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, MIS, and reporting functions. IT Infrastructure & Operations ✔ Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment. ✔ Oversee LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security. ✔ Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of IT systems across office and factory locations. ✔ Manage CCTV, access control, biometric attendance, and other technology-based security systems. ✔ Oversee IT asset management, software licensing, maintenance, and technical support services. ✔ Develop and implement IT policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and preventive maintenance plans. B. ERP & Business Application Management ✔ Lead ERP implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous system improvement initiatives. ✔ Coordinate with ERP vendors, software developers, and internal stakeholders to resolve system-related issues. ✔ Ensure effective ERP utilization across departments, including HR, Accounts, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain. ✔ Monitor system transactions and ensure business processes are carried out through approved digital workflows. ✔ Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce dependency on Excel-based and paper-based operations. ✔ Manage application access, user roles, approval workflows, and system change requests. C. Management Information Systems (MIS) & Reporting ✔ Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance indicators. ✔ Ensure business data is accurate, complete, consistent, and available on time to support management decision-making. ✔ Analyze ERP data and prepare reports covering production, inventory, sales, procurement, finance, and overall operational performance. ✔ Coordinate with relevant departments to standardize reporting formats, data definitions, and reporting procedures. ✔ Reconcile ERP-generated reports with actual operational data and investigate any discrepancies. ✔ Support management with data analysis, business insights, trend analysis, and performance monitoring. D. Cybersecurity & Data Protection ✔ Implement and maintain IT security policies, endpoint protection, firewall rules, access controls, and secure remote access systems. ✔ Monitor system vulnerabilities, security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and potential data breaches. ✔ Ensure regular data backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity arrangements. ✔ Manage user accounts, password policies, system permissions, and employee access during onboarding and separation. ✔ Promote cybersecurity awareness and encourage safe IT practices among employees. ✔ Support IT audits, compliance requirements, risk assessments, and security reviews. E. IT Budget & Vendor Management ✔ Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, operational expenses, and capital expenditure plans. ✔ Evaluate IT products, software solutions, service providers, and technology investments. ✔ Manage vendor contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), warranties, renewals, and technical support services. ✔ Monitor IT expenditure and identify cost-optimization opportunities without compromising service quality. ✔ Maintain proper documentation of IT purchases, assets, software licenses, and service agreements. F. Digital Transformation & Process Automation ✔ Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives. ✔ Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP automation, paperless workflows, and electronic approval systems. ✔ Identify opportunities to implement business intelligence, AI-assisted reporting, and workflow automation solutions. ✔ Collaborate with different business departments to redesign inefficient processes and improve productivity. ✔ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. ✔ Measure and assess the business impact of technology initiatives through productivity, cost, quality, and operational efficiency indicators. G. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management ✔ Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop IT and MIS team members. ✔ Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and establish effective IT service standards. ✔ Provide technical guidance and ensure the timely resolution of IT support and system-related issues. ✔ Coordinate closely with senior management, department heads, factory teams, and external technology service providers. ✔ Conduct user training on ERP systems, business applications, information security, and IT policies. ✔ Prepare and present regular IT and MIS performance updates and reports for senior management.
