Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective repair and maintenance of company vehicles. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure vehicles remain in safe and roadworthy condition. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and prepare preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. Repair engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and other vehicle components as required. Replace defective parts and ensure the use of genuine, high-quality spare parts during repairs. Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance history, and spare parts usage. Coordinate with authorized service centers to ensure timely servicing and major repair work. Fleet & Transport Management Plan and manage vehicle utilization to ensure efficient transport operations. Supervise the company's transport fleet, including trucks, pickups, covered vans, bulk carriers, and other commercial vehicles. Prepare and manage duty rosters for drivers and transport personnel to ensure uninterrupted operations. Arrange transportation according to operational requirements while optimizing fleet utilization. Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and remain operational with minimum downtime. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Source reliable vendors for genuine spare parts and maintenance services. Develop cost-effective procurement strategies for vehicle parts and maintenance materials. Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, verify material quality, and ensure proper issuance and receipt of spare parts. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance Maintain all transport-related documents, including vehicle registrations, fitness certificates, insurance, road permits, tax tokens, and drivers' licenses, ensuring they remain valid and up to date. Coordinate with government agencies such as BRTA, Roads & Highways Department, local police stations, and other regulatory authorities regarding transport-related matters. Ensure compliance with all applicable transport regulations, safety requirements, and company policies. Safety & Operational Excellence Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, lubrication, servicing, and repairs to ensure timely execution after obtaining necessary approvals. Promote road safety awareness among drivers by providing guidance on traffic regulations, legal updates, and safe driving practices. Continuously monitor operational costs and recommend measures to improve efficiency and reduce transportation expenses. Supervise ancillary transport services and ensure smooth day-to-day fleet operations. Perform any additional duties assigned by management in support of departmental and organizational objectives. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, poultry consultants, veterinarians, and other key stakeholders to expand poultry feed sales. Provide technical guidance and product support to customers, helping them improve poultry farming practices and maximize production efficiency. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely and effective resolution. Deliver technical assistance and advisory services to farmers regarding poultry feed usage, nutrition, and farm management. Visit District Livestock Offices (DLO), Upazila Livestock Offices (ULO), and Veterinary Surgeons (VS) to promote the company's products and strengthen brand visibility. Organize Group Sales Meetings (GSMs), technical seminars, and promotional events to support sales growth and customer engagement. Plan and conduct farmer training sessions, awareness programs, and seminars to increase product knowledge and market demand. Work closely with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and improve overall business performance. Identify and develop model farmers while collecting field data and market information in a timely manner. Conduct regular field visits to existing customers and identify potential dealers to expand the poultry feed distribution network. Perform routine market surveys to gather competitor information, market trends, and technical insights for business development. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, along with market updates and sales progress, to management. Perform any additional duties assigned by the department or management in accordance with organizational requirements.
