We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chemist to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing skincare and haircare formulations while maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and formulate innovative skincare and haircare products according to market and consumer requirements. Research and implement new or improved formulation technologies and processes. Monitor and assess the stability and performance of finished products. Optimize existing formulations to improve product quality, effectiveness, and consistency. Conduct testing and evaluation of raw materials and packaging materials. Perform quality assessments of ingredients and raw materials to ensure they meet required standards. Research market products, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support new product development. Ensure all formulation and production activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Identify, source, and evaluate suitable high-quality chemical ingredients and raw materials. Conduct chemical and laboratory testing for both new product development and existing formulations. Maintain accurate and organized formulation, testing, and product development documentation. Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency. Take full ownership of assigned product development projects, deliverables, and resources. Required Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of surfactants, cosmeceuticals, dermatological formulations, and preservative systems. Practical hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and product development. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. Good understanding of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

We are developing a performance-oriented, customer-focused team and are seeking a QA Executive to maintain and improve the quality of our sales and customer support operations. 🎯 Job Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate live and recorded customer calls and chats to assess agent performance and compliance with scripts and company policies. Track, review, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Conversion Rate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Compliance Score Identify gaps in communication skills, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling. Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and coaching to agents to enhance their performance. Conduct training sessions and refresher programs covering quality standards, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports. Analyze performance trends and communicate key risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to management. Ensure agents consistently follow company SOPs, data security requirements, and ethical standards. Work closely with the Sales, Customer Support, and HR teams to identify performance gaps and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
