Job Responsibilities: Represent and promote the company and its real estate projects through social media platforms. Create and participate in engaging live sessions, short videos, reels, and promotional content. Present property projects, features, offers, and services clearly and professionally to online audiences. Communicate with potential clients through social media, phone calls, and other communication channels. Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services. Generate and follow up on potential leads from social media and promotional activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities. Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and feedback on social media platforms. Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image during all live sessions and promotional activities. Assist in developing creative ideas for social media campaigns and short-form video content. Perform other marketing, promotional, and client-support activities assigned by management.
