Job Context:
Notun Thikana Properties Ltd. is looking for a confident, presentable, and energetic Brand Promoter to represent the company across social media platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s real estate projects through live sessions, short-form videos, client communication, and other digital promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote the company and its real estate projects through social media platforms.

• Create and participate in engaging live sessions, short videos, reels, and promotional content.

• Present property projects, features, offers, and services clearly and professionally to online audiences.

• Communicate with potential clients through social media, phone calls, and other communication channels.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services.

• Generate and follow up on potential leads from social media and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and feedback on social media platforms.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image during all live sessions and promotional activities.

• Assist in developing creative ideas for social media campaigns and short-form video content.

• Perform other marketing, promotional, and client-support activities assigned by management.
