Oversee daily site operations for large-scale infrastructure projects, covering civil, structural, and MEP works. Ensure construction activities progress according to approved schedules, drawings, designs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and address site-related challenges. Monitor work quality, safety practices, and environmental compliance across all project areas. Maintain accurate site documentation, daily progress reports, material records, and tracking logs. Support the implementation of FIDIC-based contract provisions and assist with site-related contractual documentation. Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure timely execution and resolve technical matters. Conduct site meetings, manage workforce planning, and coordinate subcontractor activities. Identify potential risks and take appropriate measures to minimize impacts on productivity and site safety. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and ensure all project records and documentation are properly maintained.

Identify and engage dependable suppliers and vendors to meet procurement requirements. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality, quantities, and favorable terms. Review and evaluate existing supplier contracts to ensure continued suitability and value. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors. Review and approve purchase orders while coordinating and confirming timely delivery of goods and services. Assess potential risks associated with supplier contracts, agreements, and procurement activities. Monitor inventory levels and ensure a consistent supply of required materials and products. Prepare regular procurement and supply chain reports for management review. Maintain strong knowledge of local market conditions, suppliers, contractors, and their requirements. Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and vendors. Ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations from sourcing through delivery. Develop sourcing plans to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of required items. Prepare comparative statements (CS), collect quotations, and obtain necessary purchase approvals. Conduct market research to identify and develop new or alternative sources of supply. Coordinate with stores to ensure received goods meet required quality, quantity, and other specifications. Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency. Coordinate and execute purchasing transactions in accordance with company procedures. Research and develop new sources of supply and communicate procurement procedures to operational teams and vendors for assigned material categories.

Manage, organize, review, and supervise project activities while maintaining effective coordination with relevant departments. Represent NDE at meetings as assigned and maintain professional communication with stakeholders. Participate in client meetings and resolve project-related issues efficiently. Prepare project bills in accordance with BOQ requirements and applicable policies. Supervise construction and maintenance inspections to ensure compliance with government rules, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Maintain and oversee complete and accurate expenditure records for all project divisions. Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, work methods, and standard operating processes. Review contractors’ work programs, resources, schedules, and project implementation plans to ensure timely and proper execution. Monitor contractors and site supervisors to ensure compliance with approved work plans and project timelines. Evaluate contractors’ performance, capabilities, and resource utilization. Maintain strong knowledge of project tender documents and related requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Experience in PWD, World Bank, JICA, ADB, LGED, RHD, or other foreign-funded building, road, and bridge projects is preferred.
