Troubleshoot website issues, identify root causes, and provide timely technical support and bug fixes. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and ERP teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and digital performance. Perform regular website updates, testing, backups, security checks, and preventive maintenance. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility while maintaining high standards of functionality and usability. Maintain clean, well-documented source code and manage version control using Git. Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, web development technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the company's digital platforms. Perform any other web development and Odoo-related tasks assigned by the management.
