We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, tools, components, and safety requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising large teams of scaffolders and ensuring the safe and efficient erection, modification, dismantling, maintenance, and inspection of various scaffolding structures at Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects. Key Responsibilities ✔ Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a large team of scaffolders, ensuring proper manpower allocation and efficient workforce utilization. ✔ Scaffolding Operations: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures according to project requirements. ✔ Equipment & Tools: Maintain thorough knowledge of scaffolding equipment, tools, components, and accessories and ensure their proper use. ✔ Scaffolding Systems: Possess strong practical knowledge and experience with different types of scaffolding systems, including: Tube & Clamp / Tube & Fitting Scaffolding Cuplock Scaffolding Ringlock Scaffolding Frame Scaffolding Mobile Scaffolding Suspended Scaffolding Cantilever Scaffolding Stair Towers and Access Scaffolding ✔ Standards & Specifications: Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project requirements. ✔ Complex Project Supervision: Supervise scaffolding activities for complex structures, equipment, vessels, tanks, piping, platforms, and maintenance/shutdown works. ✔ Inspection & Tagging: Conduct regular scaffolding inspections and ensure proper tagging, stability, and safe working conditions. ✔ HSE Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, scaffolding procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety regulations. ✔ Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, HSE personnel, and other discipline teams to ensure smooth project execution. ✔ Resource Management: Monitor workforce productivity and ensure proper availability and utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. ✔ Safe Work Practices: Ensure scaffolders follow approved erection and dismantling procedures and use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ✔ Safety Monitoring: Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and take immediate corrective action to prevent accidents and maintain site safety. ✔ Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate daily manpower, scaffolding inspection, progress, and activity reports for project monitoring and management review.

✔ Prepare, maintain, and regularly update product and service cost sheets, ensuring costing data remains accurate and up to date. ✔ Calculate material, labor, overhead, and total production costs accurately based on relevant cost components and available data. ✔ Monitor actual costs against standard, estimated, or budgeted costs and identify significant cost variances. ✔ Analyze cost variances, identify underlying reasons, and provide clear explanations, insights, and recommendations to management. ✔ Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods for effective cost and inventory control. ✔ Support inventory valuation and conduct regular reconciliation between physical inventory records and accounting records. ✔ Prepare periodic costing reports, inventory reports, and management reports highlighting cost trends, variances, key findings, and areas requiring attention. ✔ Assist in product pricing and profitability analysis by evaluating cost structures, margins, and relevant financial information. ✔ Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Store, Finance, and other relevant teams to collect, verify, and maintain accurate costing and inventory data. ✔ Support budgeting, cost forecasting, internal control, and audit activities related to costing, inventory, and financial records. ✔ Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and better resource utilization based on costing and inventory analysis. ✔ Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely reporting of all costing and inventory-related information. ✔ Perform any other costing, inventory control, reporting, or finance-related duties assigned by management.

✔ Regularly monitor all CCTV cameras, surveillance feeds, and monitoring systems across the organization. ✔ Supervise the activities of CCTV Operators and provide necessary instructions and guidance to ensure effective surveillance. ✔ Ensure continuous monitoring of critical areas, entry and exit points, and other sensitive locations. ✔ Identify suspicious, unusual, or security-related incidents and promptly report them to the appropriate authority. ✔ Search, retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage whenever required for security investigations or incident verification. ✔ Regularly check the operational condition of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, recording devices, and related surveillance equipment. ✔ Report any technical issues or equipment malfunctions to the relevant Technical/IT Team and follow up until the issue is resolved. ✔ Maintain accurate daily CCTV monitoring reports, incident logs, and records of important security events. ✔ Provide relevant CCTV footage to authorized management personnel when required in cases of security incidents, accidents, investigations, or other official matters. ✔ Ensure CCTV footage and surveillance records are handled securely and maintained with appropriate confidentiality. ✔ Follow the organization's CCTV management, security, safety, and surveillance policies and procedures at all times. ✔ Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments to support effective security monitoring and incident management. ✔ Perform any other CCTV monitoring, surveillance, security, or related duties assigned by management.
