Job Context:Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for a committed and performance-oriented professional to join the team as Junior Executive (Internal Audit). The role will focus on internal audit, financial document verification, inventory checking, compliance, and safeguarding company assets. Job Responsibilities: ✔ Document Verification: Check daily requisitions, challans, bills, gate passes, and documents related to the inward and outward movement of goods. ✔ Internal Control & Asset Protection: Provide necessary support to implement standard practices that protect the company’s interests and ensure proper safeguarding of company assets. ✔ Audit & Reporting: Conduct on-site audit visits and prepare financial and non-financial audit reports based on audit observations and findings. ✔ Audit Findings Follow-up: Ensure that identified audit findings are properly addressed and resolved by the concerned departments. ✔ Supplier Bill Verification: Review supplier bills and conduct physical visits when required to verify the authenticity and accuracy of submitted bills. ✔ Stock Audit: Check and physically verify inventory and stock on a half-yearly/yearly basis. ✔ Salary Sheet Verification: Review and verify the monthly salary sheet to ensure accuracy. ✔ Provident Fund Verification: Check and verify Provident Fund activities, including monthly contributions, loan payments, and final settlements. ✔ Daily Transaction Audit: Check and verify daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, sales, and purchases. ✔ Other Responsibilities: Perform any other internal audit or related assignments assigned by management from time to time.

Handle customers professionally and provide helpful, service-oriented support. Assist customers with workshop procedures, inquiries, and related requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, comments, and service details. Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients for payment recovery. Develop appropriate action plans for collecting overdue payments. Contact customers and regularly update account information and databases. Handle customer concerns, questions, and complaints effectively. Negotiate payment deadlines and suitable repayment arrangements. Build customer trust through professional and respectful communication. Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions for system improvement.
