Manage daily production operations to hit targets and maintain line balancing.
Enforce inline quality per AQL standards to minimize defects.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 60–80 operators and helpers.
Schedule overtime and allocate resources to meet urgent shipment deadlines.
Track efficiency, quality, and productivity while maintaining procedural compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments for seamless operations.
