THE ROLE   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations across Cumilla, Chattogram, and nearby areas. The role serves as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership by driving HR initiatives, employee training and development, performance management, and engagement programs aligned with organizational goals. The HRBP will also conduct regular field visits, identify training needs, and act as the primary regional contact for employee development and HR-related matters. THE RESPONSIBILITIES   Managed end-to-end talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, participating in career fairs, and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards while preparing recruitment reports and analyses. Conducted regular field visits to regional offices to assess employee engagement, provide HR support, deliver training, coach team leaders, and evaluate the effectiveness of HR and learning initiatives. Served as a trusted HR advisor by overseeing employee relations, resolving grievances, conducting investigations, managing HR operations, handling employee inquiries, and administering end-to-end exit formalities. Collaborated with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, implement training programs, manage performance improvement initiatives, and promote employee engagement and development. Ensured compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region. Managed regional administrative, procurement, logistics, inventory, and office support activities, including vendor coordination, event logistics, documentation, and operational support for HR functions.

নির্ধারিত এলাকায় বুথে দলগতভাবে বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। পথচারী ও সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের কাছে গিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবা সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কার ও আকর্ষণীয়ভাবে তথ্য প্রদান করা। গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন ও চাহিদা অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত প্যাকেজ নির্বাচন করতে সহায়তা করা। বিক্রয়ের আগে ও পরে প্রদেয় সেবা সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের যথাযথভাবে অবহিত করা। প্রতিটি বিক্রয়ের সময় প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলী স্পষ্টভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করে মেম্বারশিপ কার্ড গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা।
