Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and strategic support to the CEO as a primary gatekeeper and liaison for executive-level engagements. Report directly to the Chairman, managing a complex calendar, appointments, meeting agendas, and taking precise Minutes of Meetings (MoM). Act as a central bridge between Top Management, group Heads of Departments (HODs), and sister concerns to streamline communication and track decision implementation. Maintain a close liaison with corporate partners and regulatory bodies. Independently draft and manage high-quality business letters, emails, presentations, and reports in both English and Bangla. Plan complete local and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transport, and embassy visa processing. Manage highly sensitive corporate, financial, and personal information with absolute discretion. Track project timelines, prioritize multi-task workflows, and coordinate with HR/Admin teams to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Maintain accurate databases, track travel and office expenditures, and prepare detailed expense reports for management review.
