As part of a global network operating in 37 countries, MSB is seeking a Female Medical Officer to deliver comprehensive clinical care to clients with various medical and health-related needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive medical care and clinical services to patients. Assess and diagnose medical conditions and provide appropriate treatment. Prescribe medications and recommend necessary diagnostic tests. Assist consultants during C-sections and other medical procedures. Perform scheduled, emergency, and rotational shift duties as assigned. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow established clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, and healthcare standards. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care. Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and maintain digital clinical records.

Oversee the end-to-end operations of all MSB pharmacies by converting organizational strategies into standardized operational plans, measurable targets, and consistent service standards across all locations. Ensure continuous availability of essential medicines through accurate demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory optimization, and effective batch and expiry monitoring. Monitor and manage revenue, financial performance, and overall business operations to support organizational growth and sustainability. Lead people management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and maintain strong quality governance across all pharmacy operations.         

Achieve clinic targets and ensure efficient overall operational performance. Maintain high standards of client care by adhering to established service standards, protocols, and organizational policies. Address client queries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to the team in handling complex cases. Ensure prompt and effective management of medical emergencies and follow up on cases until appropriate resolution. Implement quality standards, identify service gaps, and take necessary corrective measures to ensure compliance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through monthly performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives to address areas of underperformance.
