Job Summary:We are looking for an SQA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of systems handling citizen data, payments, and government services. The role covers the complete testing lifecycle—from requirements analysis and test planning to automation, defect management, and release validation. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers in an Agile environment, combining manual and automated testing with modern AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency. Key Responsibilities ✔ Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications (SRS/BRD) to identify gaps, ambiguities, and testability issues at an early stage.✔ Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.✔ Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.✔ Build, maintain, and execute automated test suites for UI testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.✔ Develop and execute API tests using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.✔ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to support continuous testing.✔ Conduct performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or k6 and identify performance bottlenecks.✔ Perform basic security testing, including OWASP Top 10 checks, role and permission validation, and input validation.✔ Validate application and database data using SQL, including data integrity, migration validation, reporting, and de-duplication in registries.✔ Log, prioritize, and track defects in Jira or similar tools, providing clear reproduction steps, evidence, and severity levels.✔ Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and provide objective go/no-go recommendations before releases.✔ Support client UAT sessions and prepare test summary reports for government and donor clients.✔ Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to generate test ideas, test data, and automation scripts while carefully reviewing and validating AI-generated output before use.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Java and Python skills who can write clean, reliable code and collaborate effectively within a team. The role involves developing and maintaining backend services and web applications for large-scale MIS and public-sector platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to use modern AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed without compromising code quality. Key Responsibilities ✔ Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.✔ Develop Python scripts, data-processing jobs, integrations, and utilities.✔ Design and integrate RESTful APIs, including third-party and government systems.✔ Design database schemas and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.✔ Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.✔ Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.✔ Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and PyTest, and resolve QA-reported defects.✔ Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT for coding, testing, documentation, and debugging while critically reviewing AI-generated output before implementation.✔ Troubleshoot application, server, and network-level issues across development, staging, and production environments.✔ Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while actively sharing knowledge with team members.✔ Prepare clear technical documentation, including API specifications, design notes, and deployment guides.✔ Quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, technologies, and business domains based on project requirements.
