ইস্পাহানি ইসলামিয়া আই ইনস্টিটিউট অ্যান্ড হসপিটাল প্রায় ৬৬ বছর ধরে দেশের মানুষের জন্য মানসম্মত চক্ষু চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদান করে আসছে। এটি বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম বৃহৎ মাল্টি-স্পেশালিটি চক্ষু হাসপাতাল, যেখানে সমাজের বিভিন্ন আর্থ-সামাজিক শ্রেণীর মানুষের জন্য সাশ্রয়ী ও উন্নতমানের চক্ষু চিকিৎসা নিশ্চিত করা হয়। দক্ষ ও নিবেদিতপ্রাণ পেশাজীবীদের মাধ্যমে রোগীদের সর্বোচ্চ মানের সেবা ও সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করার পাশাপাশি গবেষণা, উন্নয়ন এবং নিরলস প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমে হাসপাতালটি তার সেবার মান ক্রমাগত উন্নত করে চলেছে। বর্তমানে হাসপাতালের পরিবহন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য একজন দক্ষ, দায়িত্বশীল, সৎ ও অভিজ্ঞ Driver খোঁজা হচ্ছে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীকে নিরাপদ ও দক্ষতার সঙ্গে হাসপাতালের স্টাফ, যাত্রী এবং প্রয়োজনীয় মালামাল পরিবহনের দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। Key Responsibilities ✔ হাসপাতালের স্টাফ, যাত্রী এবং প্রয়োজনীয় মালামাল নির্ধারিত গন্তব্যে নিরাপদে পৌঁছে দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ফিরিয়ে আনা। ✔ হাসপাতালের নির্ধারিত কাজে নিরাপদ, দায়িত্বশীল ও দক্ষতার সঙ্গে গাড়ি পরিচালনা করা। ✔ গাড়ির নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ধোয়া, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা এবং প্রাথমিক পর্যবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা। ✔ গাড়ির যেকোনো যান্ত্রিক বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা শনাক্ত করে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় মেরামত বা সার্ভিসিংয়ের ব্যবস্থা করা। ✔ গাড়ির সার্ভিসিং, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ফিটনেস, কাগজপত্র ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট নিয়মিত আপডেট আছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা। ✔ বাংলাদেশে প্রচলিত ট্রাফিক আইন, সড়ক নিরাপত্তা বিধিমালা এবং সরকারি পরিবহন সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম-কানুন যথাযথভাবে মেনে গাড়ি চালানো। ✔ প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিতেও সতর্কতা ও দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে নিরাপদ ড্রাইভিং নিশ্চিত করা এবং যাত্রীদের নিরাপত্তাকে সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া। ✔ হাসপাতালের রোগী, স্টাফ, অতিথি ও অন্যান্য যাত্রীদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র, নম্র, পেশাদার ও সহযোগিতামূলক আচরণ করা। ✔ হাসিমুখে ও আন্তরিকতার সঙ্গে পরিবহন সেবা প্রদান করে যাত্রী ও গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা। ✔ গাড়ি ব্যবহারের সময় প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত সেফটি পলিসি, পরিবহন নীতিমালা ও অফিসিয়াল নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করা। ✔ দায়িত্ব পালনের ক্ষেত্রে সর্বদা সততা, পেশাদারিত্ব, সময়ানুবর্তিতা, নম্রতা ও ভদ্রতা বজায় রাখা। ✔ HOD বা Management কর্তৃক সময় সময়ে অর্পিত অন্যান্য ড্রাইভিং, পরিবহন ও যানবাহন-সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে সম্পন্ন করা।

Inventory Management Review current stock levels and forecast inventory requirements based on daily and monthly consumption patterns. Track stock movement and consumption trends to ensure products are available when needed. Maintain accurate stock reconciliation covering receipts, issues, movements, returns, and transfers. Conduct regular monthly cycle counts and provide necessary support during annual external audits. Stock Receiving & Issuance Supervise the proper receipt of products from suppliers and vendors. Verify product quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates through random sampling during receiving. Ensure accurate issuance of products to internal users according to required type and quantity, with proper documentation. Manage internal stock transfers based on operational requirements and maintain updated daily transfer records. Documentation & System Updates Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP and relevant physical register books. Receive, record, and update courier-related documents while maintaining appropriate registers. Maintain complete and accurate supplier/vendor records and supporting documentation. Prepare monthly inventory reports and submit them to the respective line manager. Product Returns & Complaints Address complaints related to damaged, defective, or faulty products received from internal users. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to arrange product replacement or appropriate corrective measures. Storage & Space Utilization Optimize storage space allocation to achieve efficient utilization of available capacity. Ensure proper cleanliness, safety, organization, and storage conditions for all items within the store. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations. Assist in resolving store-related issues and support uninterrupted operational activities.
