Context:   International Medicare Ltd. (IML), the parent company of International Medical College Hospital (IMCH), is a leading healthcare organization in Bangladesh dedicated to quality medical care, education, and patient-centered service. To support its head office operations, IML is seeking a Front Desk Executive to manage visitor interactions, client communication, and general front-office administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming phone calls by screening and transferring them efficiently. Oversee front desk daily operations and keep accurate visitor logs. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, emails, and official correspondence. Deliver administrative and clerical assistance across internal departments. Organize appointments, schedule meetings, and reserve conference rooms. Assist with meeting setups, refreshments, and administrative logistics. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times. Support routine office operations and preserve organized administrative records.   Execute additional tasks and duties assigned by management.
