Job Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s land sales and business objectives. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve marketing performance. Work closely with the creative team to plan and produce engaging campaigns targeted toward prospective land buyers and investors. Manage key digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and copywriting. Create engaging email newsletters, property-focused visual content, promotional graphics, and video walkthroughs. Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising channels. Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search rankings for high-intent real estate-related keywords. Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry developments, customer preferences, and changes in the real estate market. Develop effective content plans for social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Create and implement marketing and sales strategies designed to generate qualified leads, increase land sales, and strengthen customer engagement. Monitor campaign results and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving ROI. Manage the marketing budget and strategically allocate resources to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities support sales targets and customer acquisition goals. Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels and adjust strategies as needed to strengthen market presence.
