We are looking for a skilled and responsible Paper Cup Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain paper cup manufacturing machines while ensuring smooth production, product quality, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities✔ Set up, operate, and monitor paper cup manufacturing machines to ensure uninterrupted production.✔ Perform machine adjustments and changeovers according to production requirements.✔ Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues to minimize downtime.✔ Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational problems and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.✔ Ensure paper cups are manufactured according to approved quality standards and production specifications.✔ Conduct routine quality inspections during production and report any defects or non-conformities.✔ Maintain daily production records, machine logs, and quality control documentation.✔ Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of production machines.✔ Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials while minimizing waste and production losses.✔ Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies, and quality management standards.✔ Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.✔ Perform any other production or machine operation responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.Additional Requirements✔ Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field will be preferred.✔ 3–4 years of experience operating paper cup manufacturing machines in a production environment.✔ Strong technical knowledge of paper cup production processes and machine operations.✔ Ability to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machines independently.✔ Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and quality control procedures.✔ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and achieve production targets.

Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining blown film extrusion equipment in plastic manufacturing.Strong technical expertise in blown film extrusion setups, operations, and troubleshooting.Excellent mechanical aptitude to diagnose and fix machinery issues.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality control standards, and preventive maintenance.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.Basic computer literacy for logging production reports and operational documentation.

Responsibilities: Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining thermoforming machinery in plastic manufacturing.Strong technical expertise in thermoforming processes, equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production schematics.Solid understanding of workplace safety standards, quality control protocols, and preventive maintenance.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead production tasks when necessary.Basic computer literacy for logging production reports and administrative documentation.
