We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lean Improvement Executive to lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a Lean manufacturing culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities ✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve productivity, enhance quality, and reduce operational costs and lead times. ✔ Train, coach, and mentor employees at all organizational levels on Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Standard Work. ✔ Monitor compliance with standardized processes and ensure the sustainability of Lean practices through regular audits and follow-up activities. ✔ Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees and encouraging cross-functional collaboration. ✔ Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, Gemba walks, root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and other problem-solving techniques. ✔ Track, analyze, and report Lean project performance using relevant KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. ✔ Support the implementation of visual management systems to improve workplace organization, transparency, and operational control. ✔ Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational performance. ✔ Organize and facilitate Kaizen events, employee suggestion programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✔ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of Lean projects. ✔ Perform any other continuous improvement or operational excellence responsibilities assigned by management.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer (IE) to support production efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement across garment manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities ✔ Perform pre-production activities, including pre-setting, pre-planning, and line preparation before bulk production of Blazers, Ladies' Tops, and Trousers. ✔ Finalize the Operation Bulletin (OB) in coordination with the Central IE team during the size set stage. ✔ Conduct SMV analysis using GSD or time study methods and ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of Operation Bulletins (OB). ✔ Develop efficient line layouts and allocate manpower based on production targets, pitch time, machine capacity, and operational requirements. ✔ Identify and eliminate Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities through method improvement and process optimization. ✔ Develop and implement improved sewing methods during the size set stage to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. ✔ Ensure smooth style changeovers with minimal production disruption through effective planning and coordination. ✔ Collaborate closely with the Production, Technical, Quality Assurance (QA), Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve production-related challenges. ✔ Monitor production efficiency, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. ✔ Prepare IE reports, production analysis, and performance documentation as required. ✔ Perform any other Industrial Engineering responsibilities assigned by the IE Manager, Head of IE, or Management.

On-Site Content Capture: Adapt comfortably across diverse settings (factories, studios, corporate offices) to turn raw industrial operations into premium media. Executive Liaison: Communicate effectively and coordinate design directions directly with executive management and global partners. Execution Excellence: Maintain a self-driven, detail-oriented workflow with a rigorous review process before any content goes live. Software Mastery: Require top-tier proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and modern digital/AI workflow tools.
