Job Responsibilities Assist in preparing tender and quotation documents. Collect and organize supplier quotations and product information. Conduct supplier and product research. Prepare comparative statements and procurement records. Update Excel/Google Sheets and departmental databases. Assist in BOQ preparation and document management. Support procurement, tender, and business operations activities. Prepare routine reports and pending task lists. Educational Requirements Undergraduate student or recent graduate. Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related disciplines. Requirements Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace. Good computer literacy. Good communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail. Willingness to learn tendering, procurement, and business operations. Responsible and disciplined attitude.
