We are looking for a skilled and dedicated In-Charge (Production) to oversee and manage daily factory operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production management and factory operations, preferably in the hardware or related manufacturing industry, along with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities ✔ Factory Operations Management: Supervise and manage the complete production process, from raw material input to finished goods, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations at every stage. ✔ Production Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly production targets while maintaining consistent product quality and operational efficiency. ✔ Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain effective quality control measures. Inspect production output, identify and troubleshoot quality or operational issues, and ensure products meet company standards. ✔ Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate factory employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide necessary training to improve productivity. ✔ Machinery & Maintenance: Ensure machinery and production equipment operate efficiently. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and minimize production downtime through timely repairs and maintenance. ✔ Inventory & Material Coordination: Coordinate with the Store and Procurement teams to manage raw materials, monitor material usage, and ensure an uninterrupted production flow. ✔ Production Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting production progress, operational challenges, and recommendations for improvement. ✔ Compliance & Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant factory environment by enforcing workplace safety protocols, company policies, and applicable labor laws.

The selected candidate will be responsible for safely operating the company pickup van to transport Desh Link products, goods, and materials. The role requires safe driving, timely delivery, proper vehicle maintenance, and professional coordination with customers, suppliers, dealers, and business partners. Key Responsibilities ✔ Safe Driving & Transportation: Safely drive the company pickup van to transport Desh Link products, goods, and materials as assigned. ✔ Product Collection & Delivery: Collect and deliver products and materials to and from the factory, office, suppliers, dealers, and customers. ✔ Loading & Unloading: Ensure proper loading, unloading, and safe handling of goods during transportation to prevent damage or loss. ✔ Route & Schedule Management: Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and instructions provided by the company. ✔ Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the pickup van clean and ensure that the vehicle remains in proper working condition. ✔ Basic Vehicle Inspection: Regularly check basic vehicle conditions and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority. ✔ Timely & Professional Service: Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining professional behavior and positive communication with customers and business partners.
