Safely transport the Managing Director to and from designated destinations while ensuring comfort and security. Ensure punctuality by following the daily travel schedule and being available as required. Strictly comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent running condition at all times. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and coordinate timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Managing Director's business and personal affairs. Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when required. Demonstrate professional, courteous, and respectful behavior while interacting with the Managing Director, colleagues, clients, and visitors. Report any vehicle-related issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate authority without delay. Perform any other driving-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
