About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer cum SEO Expert to manage and execute digital marketing activities across our IT and software, interior design, and e-commerce businesses. The selected candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, promoting products and services, driving sales, and supporting overall business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities ✔ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for IT/software, interior design, and e-commerce businesses. ✔ Manage comprehensive SEO activities to improve website rankings, organic traffic, search visibility, and online presence. ✔ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and market research to identify growth opportunities. ✔ Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to improve website performance and search engine visibility. ✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant paid marketing campaigns. ✔ Manage social media pages and develop engaging, brand-focused content for different businesses and product categories. ✔ Promote software products, IT services, interior design projects, and e-commerce products through appropriate digital channels. ✔ Develop and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation, sales growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. ✔ Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings, product descriptions, images, promotional content, and related digital assets. ✔ Support e-commerce sales growth through paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and conversion-focused campaigns. ✔ Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, advertising performance, leads, sales, and conversion rates. ✔ Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports, highlighting key results and areas for improvement. ✔ Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize product information, project details, images, videos, and promotional materials. ✔ Identify new digital marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and suitable marketing channels, and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and overall business performance.

The company develops and provides Hotel Management Systems (HMS), Restaurant Management Systems, POS, and customized software solutions designed to help businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency. Job Responsibilities ✔ Manage software projects from requirement gathering through implementation and final delivery. ✔ Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. ✔ Conduct business analysis and prepare BRD, SRS documents, workflows, use cases, and project plans. ✔ Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. ✔ Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities. ✔ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take necessary actions to ensure timely delivery. ✔ Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, requirement clarification sessions, and project discussions. ✔ Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, project documentation, and other required reports. ✔ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software deployment, client training, and post-implementation activities. ✔ Maintain effective communication and coordination between clients and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution. Educational Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience Requirements ✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or software implementation. ✔ Experience working on software development projects will be preferred. Additional Requirements ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills. ✔ Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. ✔ Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management practices. ✔ Experience preparing BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and project documentation. ✔ Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. ✔ Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams. ✔ Experience with HMS, ERP, POS, or other business management software will be considered an advantage.
